ABOUT
THE BEAUTY ACCOUNTANT®
The Beauty Accountant® is a trading name of Ria-Jaine & Co Ltd, a niche, multi-award-winning accountancy practice founded by Ria-Jaine Lincoln, a twice-named Top 50 Woman in Accounting Globally, Sole Practitioner of the Year, and recipient of the Hero Award for contributions to the hair and beauty industry, before going on to Judge awards in both Accountancy and Beauty. Beyond running the practice, Ria-Jaine is a dynamic presence on stage and in panel discussions in both the accountancy and beauty sectors. She serves as a finance expert for BABTAC Collective, advisor to the Guinot franchise network, public speaker, and is a former nail and lash technician. As a small family business, the practice is dedicated to supporting beauty professionals and the broader hair and beauty industry, while collaborating with industry suppliers and vendors to provide a holistic approach to tax, cash flow management, and—most recently—money mindset coaching.
